Car was starting fine before it sat for 2 months. Today, I attempted to start it a few times and it engages but does not turn over. I pressed the gas to the floor and it turned over, but it feels like it is getting chocked out then dies. There is also a plume of bluish/white smoke coming out of the exhaust. It never this before it sat.

I replaced vacuum lines before it sat. Any ideas of what's causing this?
Appreciate any insight.

By the way, who do you recommend for tuning FI in San Diego area. Thanks.
