I am getting a 1990 911 and I am wondering if the brakes will fit my 914? Can anybody help?

Not easily. If you can weld and fabricate, you can make anything fit, but there would be a lot of issues to solve.

If the car were an 88, you could bolt the front struts to your 914 which would bring the brakes and hubs along with them, but not a 1990.
