I'm looking for a cover for the cowl vent that was offered as a dealer option. Supposedly, these were offered in either chrome or black. I have an old AA catalog that has these covers pictured. Has anyone seen these or have a black one sitting around?

Thanks

I have one and so does Barber Dave. I asked him about it last year (at the Ohio show) and he said it was a aftermarket part. Both of ours are brushed Alum. No pics...at work and the one of his car on my site (look under "Road Trips" 7th pic down) dosen't show it well. His is the only other one I have seen on any cars.

I think his car is a 72 and the one mine came on is also a 72.

That's what I was speaking of, only in black. I checked AA's
web site and they list them at $5.25, part number
RZPW 151 053. Sent them an e-mail requesting shipping cost. Can't even guess what that's going to be.

Never bought from AA before and I'd hate to start now based on all the horror stories I've read.
