No more than me, but I followed in FAQ and I worked it out. I think pictures need to be less than 300 mega pilx wide.

Get yourself a copy of PaintShop Pro. Great for editing, resizing, etc and its cheap.

I bring all my pics from the camer into there, resize them with one key press, then save them as JPEG. Too easy.
