One of the next adders for me will be front valance. Are any made better than others? Are any true Porsche ones out there? how would I tell an authentic from reproduction? what would pricing be?

if your car will go 100 mph, and you drive it there, a valence will help.
one's about as good as the next, pick one you like.

the "LE" spoiler is pretty popular and 'period correct' for a '74.
i don't think there have been any NOS for 20 years at least.
some makers' will fit better than others.

the HPH version has been made with attention to fit and quality, by reports (i've never seen one in person...). i've had good results with the Getty products, which may or may not be the same as the MA Shaw parts. farther down the list are AIR and GT Racing.

if the rest of your car isn't CW-correct, there's no reason to care of it's "original" or not. maybe someone with an original LE can point out some identifying characteristics...
