At one point in time I found a website that had pictures of 914 “test” cars in the late ‘60’s. I now can’t find it and would like to find those pictures. They also had neat pictures of 914’s at the factory, testing, etc. Does anyone know where I can find these?

There are a few on my 914 collectibles website, including the one above.

I would like a few more, if any more are located.

4 things..

1 the car with its butt toward us is a 70* (rear bumper)
2 thats a GT in the background. painted half n half bumper and oil cooler
3 the car on the track is a US spec model (lights on the side)
4 i'd say that bus has an identity crisis (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Thanks John...It will be soon... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I think I have seen a color version of that photo somewhere...maybe in a brochure?

I dig the VWP busses...so did some toy makers...
