If you already have a hobby level battery charger then you should be ok.
I'm a little suspicous of the included 230v one they are supplying...
I have a 2.4ghz 4 cell battery Tactic radio that came with a boat setup, and there is a definate processing lag time between the transmitter and reciever so I would expect the same here.
But they are cheap!

Got more chargers than I can use, so no problem. I have several 2.4 radios and never had a problem, but this one is cheap. I might wait to see if they get it in the us warehouse first.
