The first one should probably go to a breather box. It would have originally gone to the air cleaner, I believe, but most carb conversions don't allow for that very well.

The second hose should go (eventually) to the charcoal canister that is on top of the gas tank. It would hook up to a plastic line that runs through the driver's side rocker panel, and from there go to the canister. There is another line that runs next to that plastic one which carries the fuel vapors back to the engine bay, and that one definitely was connected to the air cleaner.
