In reading a few other threads on koni reds, I'm getting the impression that all of them are adjustable. Mine came with a 911 suspension off of a 71 911T. Mine do not have the knob that you can install on the tops to adjust. So, how exactly do you adjust these (thinking this is also why my front end seems so harsh).

Thanks as usual!

Jim

you have to take them free from the upper mount, push the rod in and rotate it. i think you will feel 3 clicks. alot of work to change the settings.

No clicks - you just feel the engagement of the adjusting mechanism. As I remember, it is like 7 turns from soft to hard. You have to pick where you want them. You have the "collapse to adjust". You will see an arrow on the body of the cartridge that has "Heavy" printed above it. Yada Yada Yada.
