914 /6 Race Car For Sale

74 – low mile 40-50K chassis. Chassis is original Olympic blue but was reshot Olympic blue with the FG work. All vinyl graphics.

Engine:
Purpose built 2.5L /6. 7R case. Twin plug, dual MSD. /6 headers. /6 exhaust. Built in 2006 by GD Racing. Been used for track, autocross and hill climb.

Transmission:
901 with LSD, Rennshift, Rennshift linkage.

Suspension:
5 lug, Rear Koni Yellow Adjustable shocks, front Boge shocks, front 21MM sway bar, 19MM torsion bars, larger vented calipers.

Body:
FG Flares, FG Hood, FG Rear Lid, FG Bumpers, FG front valence. FG Rockers. Hollow doors. FG windscreen. Reinforced roll cage. GT engine lid.

Additional Info:
Kirkey Aluminum Seats (2), 2 sets of wheels, Small optima battery.

Been sitting / garaged. Autocrossed 4x in last 4 years.

Sold as is.

This is a great little car.
Have driven in competition on several occasions in years past.
Finished ahead of JP in his yellow screamer at the 914ShootOut. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) Got the old guy award!
Handles well and is very light.
This would make a great track/AX car for anyone in the market for a RaceCar.

Leak down test came in strong:

1 - 8%
2 - 10%
3 - 10%
4 - 8%
5 - 8%
6 - 6%

Oil change - 10 quarts of Swepco 20-50. Blew out all the old oil in the HEs and muffler from sitting.

Ran VERY STRONG - fires right up... Tom Amon of Mobile Works West is happy to talk to any prospective buyer.
