I just need to make sure that the factory manual doesn't list the center to center length on the 2.0 connecting rod. Hate to be proven wrong during some sort of protest.

Do you need the center to center length?? actually there were two different lengths but the shorter klength is only.024 different and very, very rare to see. I have only seen two sets of them.

QUOTE Do you need the center to center length?? just a WAG, but I think what he wants to do is make sure that there are no C/C numbers put in print by the factory...I'd venture to say that he is trying to get a longer rod ratio out of the factory rod by using offset bushings...or if he can, use longer aftermarket rods to achieve the same thing as long as aftermarket are legal. what I didn't know was that the rods came in 2 different wieght ranges |

I know the length 131mm but I would prefer that I and the other 914 racers be the only ones that know this little tibit offhand at engine tear down during a Runoff or something.
