As some of you know, the Poor blond had the worst kind of screw. One went through the #4 cylinder. Just before I left San Diego, I had the engine dropped and fixed.

Unfortunately, something was wrong with the distributor, the points were grounded on both sides. I ended up pulling the points and playing around a bit and got it to not ground. Installed the distributor and then found that the San Diego mech had installed it 180 out.

Flipped the wire around, and it fired up, but ran like shit! Screwed around with the position of the distributor and

WOW! It works! It Worls! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha ! I even drove it around the block. It is obvious, it still needs to have the vents opened up more...

But it runs....
