I've got the mounts for the front bar ready to go, was putting the bushings on one side of the bar and found out that I was sent the wrong parts (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif) 19mm bushings instead of 15. Now I'm stuck again. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) I spent the day yesterday welding and grinding - I didn't like the placement of the passenger side mount so I filled the holes and ground it smooth. The paint is drying and I was hoping to get the front all buttoned up and get the tank back in.
What a friggin' bummer! Oh, and the 19mm bushing is really 18.8, I hope the 15 is 15 or it's gonna be a major pain. We'll see how good the vendor is when they respond. :fingerscrossedsmilie: |

Or - you could upgrade to the 19mm sway bar. It is a never ending upgrade cycle.

With your money and talent, I suprised you don't have solid aluminum bushings made, then split and fastened together with allen screws so that you have the full effect of the anti-roll bar. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I've offered help repeatedly if you guys need help to set some stuff up. It's worse than my car - it'll be ready next week. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol2.gif) In the short term - someone ought to (I will do this if you like) - upload the 914world.com logo to cafepress.com and make a set of sanctioned products that can make a small amount of money towards servers and hosting and the like. Just an idea... |
