I don't know anything about Scheel seats but for reference I'm getting my factory seats redone next month for under $500

May be willing to trade straight or close to it for a pair of nearly new seats you probably would fit in:

Info:

Pictures:

The Le Mans seats are made in Italy and specifically designed for the 914. I had heating elements added to the seats in Italy, and also had correct basket-weave added to the sides of the lower cushions at that time, after seeing a 908 at the factory done that way (not sure the factory did that right, but it looked cool). Headrests have been subtly reduced in size to proper proportion for a 914 (they were way too big...).

While the seats are very nice (and almost unused), I'm a skinny guy and want more upper-side torso support. A lot of people have these seats and they hold you in nicely in the lower region, but are not "tight-fitting" seats.

Question Are Scheel seats "frame & sprung" like most traditional seats or "bucket / shell" seats like our OE or a Kirky style?
