How do you remove windshield washer nozzles?
Don't want to break them. Is there a nut under them or do they pop out? |

Reach underneath the cowl and wiggle and push them out. Lube them with soap and water first.

Got them out. Neither one survived and I have a new dent in my cowl. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)
Hard to reach under them. There was 2 tabs I had to squeeze in for them to come out. Niether wanted to be sqeezed and it was pretty tight. ended up ripping them out. Oh well.. |

Sorry I didn't know about your problem a day earlier or I could have helped. I took mine out a couple of days ago and found out how they fitted. Managed to work them out without damage although I also dropped one of the collars under the petrol tank!!!!!

New nozzles are $10-$15 each on ebay. Anyone know of a cheaper source?

I bought a pair from Zim's a few months back and don't remember the price. These are the black ones with the chrome 'eyes'. ?Possibly the same as old 912-911's?
You might call to check the price as I don't remember but price was ok with me at the time. no relationship other than I buy parts there. www.allzim.com |
