Hi,

I'm in the middle of reassembling my 914's rear suspension... After reviewing the factory manuals, it looks like there a washer back there I've never used.

Does this washer go on the outside of the suspension console "ear", or on the inside, in between the ear and the trailing arm?

Thanks for any tips.

-Steve

Hey Steve,

It would have to go on the outside of the inside tab (engine side), of all of the tabs that I have seen, they have the knurled impresssion from the axle.

Unless the washer was intended for use due to damage or something odd like that.

Make sure you have enough threads for the nut if using the washer
