So its finally a lovely Spring day in Portland I'm preparing to mount my motor and transmission following a very long break.

I have lovely Wevo mounts and I was about to install them until I saw this:

The gist of the article is that it's recommended to use the large mushroom-shaped cup washers on the top of the transmission ears to keep the gearbox from popping out.

After removing the existing stock mounts just now, I see no such cap washers. Where are these from? I realize that this could be a silly question.
