Hi All -
I bought a 356 positive battery terminal to use in the 914 to clean things up a bit (see pic). When I went to install it last night I was surprised to find that my existing cable was too small for the diameter of the the clamp. It is a 6 gauge wire that is a replacement, but it has been on the car since 1992 and given me zero problems. I included a pic of the end I cut off. What size should it be? Thanks! #4 is the closest SAE size. I make heavy duty ones from #2.
