Been there, lived through that. Not fun.... On a serious note Clay; since you've experienced this first hand, what do you do differently now? e.g. changes in maintenance, extinguishing equipment??? I think someone that's been there should have some sage advice. |

I think someone that's been there should have some sage advice. Replace the plastic fuel lines with stainless steel. Keep an extinguisher in the car. Check the rubber lines on a regular basis and replace them when needed. Oh, and did I mention replacing the plastic fuel lines with stainless steel??? |

Use the correct fuel lines and clamps too. Inspect more often than you'd think.
