1972 Porsche 914 1.7 w/ Fuel Injection . Completely original rust-free California survivor. 64,000 original miles since new. Numbers matching including: engine, transmission, paint, body panels and interior. Original date-stamped wheels w/ factory hubcaps. Apart from the alpine tape-deck, this 914 is completely stock and unmodified. The engine has received a recent tune up and runs great. The 5 speed 901 transmission is very smooth and does not grind. The brakes have good stopping power and the emergency brake works. All fans and blowers are fully functioning including the heater. The electrical system functions properly including all interior/exterior lights. The black interior is in beautiful original condition. Crack free dash. Tear free seats. Nice original carpets w/ period floor mats. Very nice targa top functions properly and does not leak. The driver window can be a little finicky, but it does go up and down. The Signal Orange paint is mostly original and shows some signs of age, but overall very nice for a survivor. Some dings and scratches and I believe some of the panels have been painted, but this car has never had a full re-spray. It has never been taken apart, or restored and is truly a time capsule.
