I have a factory sway bar on my '74 2.0. This afternoon I was installing a set of headers and noticed that the rear sway bar is not attached to the right shock. The Ball is on the shock mount, but it appears a plastic piece that is on the left side that holds the bar to the shock mount is missing on the right side and drop bar is not attached.

I don't know what it is called or where to find a new one.
Haynes calls it a grommet, but I don't find them mentioned on the bird.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

You may need to call them to find out availability, but I know I got a set from them not too long ago.

bird or gpr. chances are you need the whole set. when you go to put them in, put a little grease in the hole in the link, then heat the bushing up in some hot water. they go in, in opposite directions. ask me how i know. before you order, check the condition of the bushings in the front swaybar also.
