One lesson learned about welding on our cars.
We tend to use a lot of break cleaner during rebuilds.

NEVER use brake cleaner around welding.
This has happened to me TWICE and it is not pleasant.

Thanks I read that thread. Grand Daughter was only checking car out with my son. There was no welding or open chemical containers around. I am over cautious with eye, ear, and resperatory protection when I work as I have a bad heart.

Sometimes in a rush we do take things for granted, it is a good heads up.
