I am looking at a car in Orange County CA and need to identify an independent shop expert in 914's to run a PPI.

I would appreciate hearing from locals with recommendations

Thanks in advance

Osse (sp) Bros. in Fullerton. Hergesheimer in Lake Forest. Einmallig in Huntington Beach. There are a few 914 owners that can also do a PPI for you.

Scott's is closed/closing.

Try Bill Brewster Porsche shop in San Clemente, 949-366-2009

Good Luck! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

QUOTE(Steve @ Jul 11 2012, 04:02 PM) *

I second hergesheimers.

I know a guy who took his 911 to hergesheimer's for an alignment and corner-balancing. $700 later he got his car back. 2 weeks later he found out that his front torsion bar mounts were rusted out and had to be completely cut out and replaced.

You'd think that hergy's should have noticed that while playing with the alignment ....

BTW Steve's independent is a used car lot now.
