This one arrived Saturday from Awesome Powdercoat. I havent installed it yet, but thought I'd post a couple of photos.
The opening temps are appropriate for the TypeIV, showing the markings.... So far, it popped right into the mount with a factory like fit. Very nice. I may try to get it installed today, and will throw in some pics in action...made hier in das gut old USA. |

Got it installed today, and it worked perfectly. Seemed to cut warmup time by about half, and that was with local driving that usually doesn't reach full temp (210*ish). When it reached that temp, I checked the flap operation, and it was full open. So I'm happy with the performance. I'll keep an eye on it for the next couple days to ensure its working properly, so far, so good!
