My new 17mm brake master cylinder only has one electrical spade.
Is there a work around?
My old one has two electrical spades.

Your old one has a ground connection as the second spade terminal. The single spade MC grounds through the body. Tape up the brown wire.

There are also two washers with the new master cylinder.
there are three lines going to the MC.

Are the two washers for under 2 of the 3 lines?

2 new washers are for the 2 nuts that hold the MC to the body.
