Glue instructions say to take the mirror off the small base.

I got the screw loose but am afraid to pry it apart further.

Do most folks just glue the mirror back on and just hold it for a while?

Thanks

I don't know why you would need to take the mirror off the base. IRC, I just cleaned the window and base real well with rubbing alcohol, applied the "sticky decal" and stuck it to the window. I don't believe I had to hold it there very long.

I did use some painter tape to mark where I wanted to put the mirror. Once it touches the glass, it stays there.
