I'm going to put the heater tubes on in a few days and have everything but the bracket gasket. Is it cork or ??. Can I cut one from gasket material in layers? About how thick?
ALSO, it looks like the HE is spot welded to the pipe. The spots have broken free and the HE part is movable about 1/2" front to back. Is this ok to use or does it need to be welded back down? Sealed to the pipe or just spot welded? Happy Winter everyone! Let the heater questions begin! |
