Has anyone ever tried to adapt the Mechotronix Insta-Heat kit for increasing the hot airflow into the cockpit of a 914? The kit is designed for VW Beetles and buses.

I would look into getting the factory designed and installed heat working as it should. My 73 2.0 runs me out with heat with the stock set up.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Factory heat can work very well. I've never heard of "Mechotronix Insta-Heat". A link would be helpful here... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I think it must be similar to "sky active technology" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
