The old Kumho's (victo-racers) on a 914/mid engine car will probably want 1.5-2 deg. The new Kumho's (exsta) will want 2-2.5 as well as the Hoosier's. However as Brad said, how much is largely determined by how hard the car is being driven. Along with a whole bunch of other factors, roll rate, tire width, wheel width, weight bias, bias of the car(understeer/oversteer), braking, ect. The above numbers should put you in a good ballpark though.
