Don't forget to remove the tar from the inside...that's a few good lbs right there. Not sure but maybe removing the seam sealer from the front/rear trunks might help a bit (if you are into saving ounces). Remove the windshield washer system, run a smaller battery.

Ditch EVERYTHING you don't need to either sit in the car or make the car move
Drilling holes looks cool, but it's a lot of work with very little gain (or loss (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif))

QUOTE(Howard @ Nov 3 2004, 11:58 AM)

1. Improve driving skills
2. Atkins
3. Put on lighter wheels

People don't like this answer, but its true.

Pound/$ ratio though, Lexan is hard to beat.

916 glass. Bumpers, rockers, fenders and quarter panels, trunk hoods, door skins. Should shave a few hundred pounds. Start drinking lite beer. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

I've been sick with shingles, lost 30lbs in 3 weeks....I wouldn't recommend a shingles diet plan though.

BTW the other shingles will add weight.

I'll have my Nickies soon!!!! Woo-Hoo! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif)

Bring that thing to the "Driver Skills" session at the Rainbonnet Sunday morning at PIR....stay for the AX in the afternoon.
We kin swap some lies about how fast we're are gonna make our cars. The driving might help too. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Don't do what Paul has done. He's a barbarian. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
