using a mityvac on the vacuum port on the dizzy, at what value(hg?) would the vacuum advance move on the distributor?

Look in the 914 manual and see what the total amount of vaccum the motor pulls, just guessing 25 inches. The book should say what the total amount of vaccum advance the dist gives. The mity vac should pull the plate around until it hits a stop in the dist. Put a vaccum gauge on the motor and see what the total vaccum it pulls is.
