The caps that I have are not chrome plated, although they look like it. They are hand polished to a very high shine.

Here are some ideas that I have been playing with. Craig at CAMP Yes caps with Porsche on these; this is what I was thinking. But in the meantime I ordered this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/120436283020?ssPag...984.m1439.l2649 Back to square one...this sh!t didn't fit...too small and doesn't screw on. |

As I look at the pics here. It's hard to tell the sizeof the 914 cap. It looks smaller. Listing say 70mm.
The capp I need is like the one in the pic with the ruler...it's big. Are these different sizes? I have the collar around the tank top but not expansion tank. |

So is early different from later? It looks like my cap is the larger; like a Ghia or Thing caps I see on ebay? All listed at 60mm, 70mm, even 100mm.
The pics here show both types. Mine caps the whole top of the collar hole around the tank fill hole...which is a smaller hole. I'll try and post a pic. |
