i,m doing some work on my car it,s a 1970 914 ,i have removed the mesh from the engine lid when doing so i damaged some of the washer like retaining washers ,are these still available

Yep, they're called "speed nuts".
Your local auto parts peeps should be able to get them or have them. Otherwise, you can email Glenn Sager @ PelicanParts. They have an assortment of them for $125, but I couldn't find the price of individual ones. I know they have them though. |
