I went tankless and have a good USED 50 gal Rheem nat gas wtr htr, leftover. It is 9 yr's old but only had 2 of us using it so odds are it has several more yr's in it, possibly. It goes to "Habitat for Humanity" tomorrow if none of my brothers need it.
