I seem to have a lazy tach on my '75 2.0 914. Has anyone calibrated the factory tach? Does anyone know of a procedure to do this?

Go to the Lapuwali page, and search "Tachometer". There are at least two threads on this topic, the consensus seems to be that there is probably an electrical problem, there are several places to check, starting with the distributor.
