Anyway, to get back on topic, here is a panorama of the cars attending the pancake breakfast (click image and then click it again for full size). Apologies for cutting off the Bumblebee.

Luke has a better panorama, so hopefully he'll post it here as well.

Front row l-r: Jeff B (Bumblebee), Hisashi (Willow Green), me (Signal Orange), Luke (Black), Paul (Irish Green), Dennis (Light Blue), Eric (White), Jeff C (White), Peter (Red), Tom (Laguna Blue), Jim (Chrome Yellow)
Back row l-r: John (Alaska Blue), Hal (Signal Orange), Sandy (White), Valy (White), Brett (White)

Good times.. even if I was the only idiot who drove to the breakfast with the top off.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Also for someone who was talking about vintage-look plates, this looks to be on:

great turn out, i counted 16 cars! too bad we kind of overwhelmed the staff at breakfast, they missed my french toast! oh well, probably didn't need the extra carbs anyway...

here's good thoughts for all who participated in the post breakfast drive making it home safely.

They missed my breakfast entirely. But they were kind (?) to not charge for the coffee. I don't the calories either.

Good turnout, nice to see so many people whose names I've forgotten - again.

I wish theye had missed mine (IMG:style_emoticons/default/barf.gif) ....
Please guys, let's meet somewhere else next time. I got the feeling that the food was fried in oil that licked from our cars on the previous meeting.
Of course, except the "fresh" strawberries picked by Ferdinand Porsche himself, back in the day...

just to throw another venue suggestion out there...

who likes pho (vietnamese noodle soup for those who haven't yet partaken - think steak noodle soup with or w/o the more adventurous bits) for breakfast? i've found it sometimes makes for great hangover food. i'd suspect pho houses, like my usual, would have no problem accommodating a crowd our size. cheap, quick and healthier than our usual fare...

as a bonus, we'd have a bunch of rice eyes staring at us gringos!

in any event, i don't attend these for the food, i enjoy the company!

Hey I like pho a lot but not for breakfast.
Btw I know I'm a newb and you are a long time member but I think your post could be taken just a bit racist and some people could get offended. I'm not tryin to start any beef with you just an fyi. so far this site is super cool and everyone is really unified. I want it to stay that way.
If I'm out of line or there is a different way to handle off comments let me know.

hey! i resemble that remark!

actually, i'm happa haole (half asian and caucasian) and having grown up too white in hawaii, i tend to poke fun at racial stereo types and throw around the slangs, perhaps too loosely at times...

no offense taken and none intended.

welcome (now in person) to our madness! sorry i didn't get the chance to personally say hi at breakfast. i was with the peruvian okinawan japanese woman in the rough irish green teener.

Well that makes a little more sense. I saw you there. You were one of the people who I thought may be offended. (I had your back) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Hey Luke - It was great to see you at the breakfast. I set up this post on the "Targa Top Motor Tour" and hope you sign up. No cost or obligation -- I just want to get an idea of who is coming and have a way of contacting participants. For more information click here.

The "Targa Top" is a driving event starting in the Bay Area and swinging down to Central California overnight before returing the next day. Send me a private message with your real name, screen name, e-mail and a cell phone number so that I can keep track of who is planning to attend.

Hey Guy/Gals I know we met not too long ago at all but I was on the Zone 7 PCA board and found something cool that they do. Its called the Boxster Brunch but all Porsches are welcome. I think the father's of the Boxster should crash the party! The next Boxster Brunch is 4/6/2013 at 10am. The location is Alice's Cafe. Here is the link http://www.pca-ggr.org/node/2014

Really fun roads up there too!

Hey who went to the boxster brunch? how was it? I couldn't make it unfortunately... was busy that day putting everything back on the 914 after her new paint job. If you dont remember mine it was the black 75 with backdated bumpers at the last meeting. Heres what she looks like now (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)Attached Image

Thanks! I went back and forth on what color, and if i wanted to go back to the stock color(palma metallic green) but a single stage paintjob wouldnt look good with a metallic color.

Cheers,
