Here are the latest shots of my current project. I've kind of hodge podged together alot of different mods and many may think I've ruined a nice old car, but it's gonna be all the cool things I like (and can afford). The donor car was gonna be junk in 5 years or so, so I figure, if I saved it's life, it's no crime to do some non-stock stuff to it. It is a '75, retro styled, carb'd 2056, with auto-x suspension (eurathane bushings, 180# springs, 21mm torsion bars, 21mm front bar, solid engine and trans mounts, bump steer kit, turbo tie rods). Many thanks for all the help from Brad Mayeur, Central Illinois Region. Dave (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif)

Agree with many above, nice, clean interior. I'm also interested in the floor coating, it's very clean.

Thanks, everyone, for all the input. It took me a minute, but I did get the sarcasm- love it! This car is turning out exactly the way I envisioned and I love it! The interior coating is just two coats of Rustoleum HD enamel, over Rustoleum primer.

Come on...all 914's should be kept bone stock I say. No mods whatsoever...

I think your car looks great. Take a drive to Moncton and I'll buy you a beer!

Your car-do what you want with it. Drive it like you stole it.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) That's what I do with 'em. I love it. That's a cool 914!

Great job! Ditto on that blue paint. Looks great. Are those fiberglass GT bumpers you put on? And, did you use the bumper shocks as mounting points?
Drive and enjoy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)
