I want to post some pics but they are too big (I guess?). If I find a photo hosting site and post them there, does this help me add them here. Does it also allow me to post more than one pic per post??

The way many of us do it is to download InfraView for free. You can use it to resize your photos. You can also change the file type if you need to.
You can only attach one image per post if you use the Club photo upload option. If you have the pictures hosted elsewhere you can add an unlimited number of [IMG] tags if they have their own URL. |

If you are using XP, go to this FAQ thread. It shows you an easy way to resize files and upload them here.

To save the poor server here from being filled up with my crap I upload my images to one of my personal web servers and use the linkie thing to put as many images per post as I want... It's that cool IMG button on top when you edit a post. But you should still be respectfull of file size, download time can be a b__ch if the file is too large. I try to keep mine below 200K (750pixels X 400 pixels) if all possible.
The code looks like this: CODE [IMG]http://www.rockaria.com/914/914yrule.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://www.rockaria.com/914/914yel1.jpg[/IMG] to do this: (IMG:http://www.rockaria.com/914/914yrule.jpg) (IMG:http://www.rockaria.com/914/914yel1.jpg) |
