QUOTE(Brad Roberts @ May 17 2003, 09:36 AM) ....... they returned a small box of DOG SHIT with trinket crap in it. They fucking sent DOG SHIT in the box... dont tell me a dog shit in a box 4 inchX4inch box that was 6 inches deep in the shipping room over night. I would like to see George make an attempt to make good on some of this BS... instead you get blacklisted. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/finger.gif) B they sent you a box of dog carp and trinkets? as in dog feces? can you sue them for that? what is "backlisted?" |

Brads experience is exactly why I would avoid them like the plague! It's the same additude I sensed in my phone conversation. Only expressed in action and deed. I honestly never heard that story! I can't believe anyone that would do that could continue in business. That's the most perverse and demeaning gesture I ever heard of EVER.

I had a problem getting a $75.00 core deposit back. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pain30.gif) It took months. they blamed their credit card co but I had to talk to George to get it. other than that I have not had a problem.

We had the shit tested... if it is human feces.. its a federal offense. My customer and I (the guy's car I was working on) where prepared to take them to the cleaners..
I have kept that story under wraps for years. The people who have asked about my 25 Years of 914 poster...get that story. The poster was sent as part of the in store credit. It was funny later... B |

when i got my first 914 (before pelican), i placed an order with AA and had good results (hence, i voted for "good"). in comparison shopping later, i ordered from PP and had better than stellar results. with AA's reputation, and my desire to have an easy time with parts and orders, i haven't ordered from AA since. if there was a part that only AA had, and i had the money to burn, i might try ordering from AA again. i read their post about trying hard to get back in business and commend them for trying.

well, I dont like getting lied to, and called names on the phone. We needed a new muffler, so we called and they convinced us to buy the bursh muffler.... we needed it soon, and they told us that it was IN STOCK....well, a week goes buy, and no muffler. We call them up, and they said that they had to order it! We explained that the man who sold it to us said it was in stock...but the lady said that he was wrong(lied). Well, two more weeks go by, and still havn't gotten it... we called again, and they said it was shipped yesterday.... three weeks after we originally bought it...well, a month after the original order, it finally showed up, but there was no CAT pipe, that we needed... well, we called them up, and asked how much one was and the guy(a different one) told us 75 dollars...ok, they billed us, and it showed up a week later with a recept that said $200.00!!!! We called them up, and asked to speak with george. We finally got a hold of him, and explained how we had been lied to and how the customer service sucked. We were called ignorant, and liars, and he told us never to buy anything from AA anymore....well, thats not an issue at all.... I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
