Here's a close up showing my rust. This rust was visible in the engine compartment, which was one of the reasons I decided to remove this fender.

Rob -

Just found these pictures you posted for me, thanks! Looks like I should leave my part of my fender in place while using a door brace, seems that if I drill out all those spotwelds, that seat belt bracket won't have much structure supporting it.
