And Korry was driving a GT3-------as was said, nice car.

JP, I told ya not to do it or he would be bitin' your butt next year. Didn't think it would be this soon. He was even behind me once. No more!

Car is stock '73 2.0 D-jet, Hoosiers, Konis with adjustable rear perches, factory bars.

Might be the driver. He has had some serious kart experience and been to a track school some years back. His wife Pamela also has a '73 2.0 (prettier than his, but then she is prettier than him) and did very well for first time out. Told JP if he gives her even one tip and she beats me too, I'm gonna slash his slicks!!

You guys are too kind. Many thanks to JP, Jim Chambers, and Gary Hays, who lent me his tire pressure guage. He had me drop 2 lbs per run, picked up half a second each time. Those Hoosiers are incredible! Pamela had a great time at the a/x (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving-girl.gif) .......not so much fun at the concours (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pissoff.gif) ! Her instructors were very nice, she is all hot to go for next year, for the a/x that is. Probably going to have to share my car now! I'm really happy she had a great time. That GT-3 was really cool....love the sound, the look, the way it was set up, really flat. I beat that car????? Thought I clipped a cone on that fast run....maybe not. I really like hanging with you guys, will be more involved next year. This winter will be trying the Kerry Hunter headers, try to lose a few pounds ( both car and myself), maybe even get some numbers. Here are some pictures of the event:
