once again i am in the dark. mind you the car is a 71 1.7 with a 2.2 swap. My first Q's is the fuel system a return of direct feed. if it is a return do i cap it off. witch one of the stock fuel lines is return and witch is fuel in(pic would help). i have a fuel press. reg. and gauge. or if not how would i run it as a return sys. let me know you guys saved me yesterday lets see if we can do it again.

You can cap the return off.

That said, if you want to duplicate the FI "fresh fuel" system to some degree, go to your local speed shop and purchase a Mallory? pressure regualtor with return - I think they are about $30.00 - $40.00. That way you can regulate your pressure to the carbs at <5 psi, utilize the stock fuel pump and return system.

witch one of th efule lines is the retuen and the feed. if you are standing at the back of th ecar is it the top or the bottom one?
