Here's another bump for you, and a question...
You say you want the part for an 'early' 911 and yet you want the part that holds CD's - which were introduced long after the 'early' 911. So - what year is your definition of 'early' ? (Better still - what's the part number of the part you need...) For used Porsche parts, there's dC Automotive on the East Coast, PartsHeaven and EASY on the West. And of course one of the largest suppliers of NOS Porsche stuff is right there in Ohio - Stoddard's... |

Artechnika : Well 9XAuto says , 69 to 89 , it is listed as to have a " storage compartment " the C D thing was mine. You are right ! My memory isn't what it was , even a couple of yrs. ago. I really depend on you guys to fill in the blanks. Anyway thats all the info I have ,I bought the console on E-Bay with out that Gauge panel. The idea came from a 914 I saw with this console installed , I thought it was different and maybe some one else would. I will E-Mail those companies on Mon. morning, I really need the used price price for this one. It will be a console I sell and give all money to Charity. Thank you for the effort and the information ! Dave (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) |

A picture, or a link to a picture, would help. BTW, "'69-'89" hardly meets the definition of "early". "'64-'68" is what we'd call early. Everything else is "late".
