Hi there,

I need a few items to get my car going again...

1) I need whatever allows me to connect the vacuum hose from the air cleaner to here, (the oel fill)
Attached Image
I have searched pics/diagrams and cannot find one of the part.

2) A bracket for the air cleaner to clamp down onto. It attaches to the intake runner on drivers side.

3) A good stacked F Vacuum connector. Not the Crappy Repop.

4) a new accelerator cable

Please post or PM me with pics/prices. Hopefully someone will have it all but..
Thanks a lot.

I think there's an rubber elbow that fits over the breather port with a steel coupling sleeve in the opposite end that the hose slides over. I just jammed the braided hose down in the port.

Dime a dozen ... I probably have one laying around. I'll look. If not, I'm sure Bruce Stone has some.

You can try a VW/Porsche dealership for an OEM one, but I wish you the best of luck.

4) a new accelerator cable
Pelican Parts. You might think about getting a new clutch cable while you're at it (won't cost any more to ship). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

euro911:
1) I'll try shoving it in there but that can't be "correct"

2) I suspect he would have all this stuff. I thought he might reply.

3) I know. That's why I'm asking here.

4) I will probably end up calling AA. I have A credit I want to use up.

Thanks for the reply.
