Installed my new aluminum wheel caps today from 914rubber. WOW! These really look sharp! The old ones were dented from tire changing monkeys. My crest stickers were mismatched red/yellow and red/gold. Two stickers fell off on my last tire change. I decided I like the clean look of no crests. Also, I tossed my wheel bolts back in my media tumbler. I really need to hit them with some clear paint so they don't rust again. Some chrome lugs are on my wish list too. Before and after pics. Enjoy!
Car is sitting a little high in the back since I just dropped it down off the jack. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Did a search and found this forum, figured it was a good place to ask a question...
I bought a set of center caps off a member a while back and they don't fit. Is there a plastic clip or something that holds it in the wheel? Or did he just sell me the wrong caps? I posted a picture of my wheels so anyone responding to my wtb post would know what wheels I had. Any info would be much appreciated! Chad |

I placed some grease on the wheel hole to make is slide easier. I got a PCV piece that fits the outer lip of the caps which I use to hammer them in. |
