Everyone has a picture under his/her name. Cannot figure out how to do it. Please help.

go to "My Controls" then "Edit Avatar Settings", hit the "browse" button and upload a pic. make sure you specify the exact width in pixels of your picture (max. 125 x 125) ...

or, if you have a picture on a web-server, type in the URL in the input line (where it starts with http://) ...

then click on "Add this Avatar to my profile". that's it ...
