Hi,

I'm looking for a quality shop in Massachusetts that can do major engine and misc repairs on my 914. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks.

Depends what part of MA you are asking.

Mark Cummings at Eurosport Engineering in Stow MA
Shine Racing down near Attleboro (been doing Type4 for many years)
Tangerine Racing, Chris Foley in Hartford CT.

Chris is the most current and most passionaite about 914's.
An outstanding member here and great all around guy.

Ed works for Chris and has forgotten more about type4s than you can remember.

Cummings is expensive
Disk Shine at Shine racing has built more type4 motors than most will in a long time, but he is also kinda grumpy and set in his ways.

Dick Shine.

These days he mostly works on watercooled VW race cars.
