I'm sure any of those methods for yellow coloring will work. Fabric paint or a fabric marker might stay best, though I haven't tried manually coloring one myself...

I won't do T-shirts this way (too many sizing issues).

Maybe through a CafeExpress type channel, but nothing in the works yet until I can sell off the 4 dozen hats I'm currently sitting on (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)
