For our home brewers, a little history of the craft,
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) The London and Country Brewer; 1736: (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif) http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/8900 For those not familiar with Gutenberg.org, they have electronic copies of many books that are out of copyright. From their website: "Project Gutenberg offers over 42,000 free ebooks: choose among free epub books, free kindle books, download them or read them online. " Lots of good stuff for the reader. Apparently Australia has somewhat diferent copyright laws so there is also Gutenberg Australia site: http://gutenberg.net.au/ Unfortunately there doesen't appear to be anythign about the 914, but otherwise, Good Reading!
