do they have one different from the one they have pictured??
Need the correct end on the batt side,
to hook up the smaller red leads...

Standard operating procedure is a bolt on battery clamp, some more wire, and four ring terminals. It’s not very elegant but it works.

I just picked one up from my local NAPA. Not sure of the part number, but I asked my helpful NAPA guy for a cable in the right length and he found one that worked perfect.
